We are incredibly excited about the new way we are going to be providing our reviews and training feedback to our clients: video reviews!
"WOW...wait, what does that even mean?!"
It means that when you submit a video of your search to us, our Review Officials will record their computer screen as they are reviewing that video.
"Okay..."
This means you will be able to see, in real-time, what your Review Official is reacting to! Not only that, but your Review Official will have the ability to point out, in incredibly specific detail, what you and your dog are doing throughout your search and what to do going forward. Even better, their training advice may include ways you leverage the very same search area! WOW!
These video reviews will take our reviews to the next level. We have been working exceedingly hard the past few months building this functionality into the site. To say we are thrilled this is now officially live and available for all of you is an understatement!
"That sounds great...but, what do I actually receive when I submit an entry now?"
Great question! Once a review is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, similar to what you see below:
This email will contain a link to your video review, links to any suggested resources the Review Officials thinks will be helpful for you and your dog, as well as a .PDF version of the score card highlighting how you and your dog did throughout the search.
Not only that, all of this information will also be available through your account on the Cyber Scent Work, Inc. site. Therefore, you may login at any time to see these video reviews, resources and score cards, as well as any of your earned Element or Level title certificates, right from your CSW Dashboard!
We are absolutely thrilled with this change and think it will help dogs and handlers get even more out of participating with Cyber Scent Work, Inc.!
